What was the highlight of Playacartaya
Too big and impersonal for me.
Massive hotel with a water park and easy access to the nearby beach. The room size was generous and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices and self service. Plenty of free parking space
Being so large and modern it tended to be rather impersonal and characterless. I only stayed one night and I don’t think I would have liked to have stayed longer. However, whilst didn’t suit me, I’m sure there are many who would like the fact that practically everything is available ‘on site’

Very nice location, staff very nice, clean and comfortable.

good but with some problems and a little expensive for what it is
the bedroom was good, nice view, nice bed and nice bathroom
The check-in took almost 1 hour, the food is not very good and take ages to be ready (worst hot dog ever) and the water slides are not working until 10 am or at lunch time
